Meet Your Co-hosts
Your Sacred Flow Retreat is guided by Almerinda (HeartQuest) and Eveline (Heart Essence Coaching). Together, they weave heart-centred soul guidance, sacred contract awareness, and embodied feminine wisdom into a grounded, compassionate, and deeply respectful space — where transformation is invited, not forced.
Almerinda Amaral is a HeartCentred Teacher, global Teacher of the Soul Contract system, and founder of HeartQuest, a healing and life-purpose practice. After a 30-year career in human rights, she created HeartQuest to guide others on journeys of self-discovery, healing and empowerment. Through Soul Contract Readings, Divine Healing, Human Design, Almerinda helps clients clear blocks and reconnect with their true essence. Drawing from her own healing and empowerment journey, she leads her clients through grace, faith and self-love, awakening them to their true potential and aligning them with their soul's highest joy.
Eveline Phillomena Zwikker is a Love and Self-Love Coach who supports women in healing toxic relationships with themselves and others by reconnecting to Divine Love and their Divine Feminine essence. As a certified Holistic Life Coach and Professional Soul Contract Reader, she guides women through burnout, emotional healing, and inner transformation with compassion and intuitive wisdom. Eveline’s mission is to awaken higher consciousness, restore sacred self-love, and support women in living and relating from the heart.
